Where's a good site to ask medical questions and get an actual response?

I have some issues and there is a 24 hour nurse line I can call, but they tend to want to send me right to the ER. I am currently being scheduled for testing for my condition, so I'm not gonna run to the ER when they won't be able to do much. Any place out there where I could chat back and forth and get some questions answered?
