New models blurry

Does anyone know why the a model might show up blurry on earth swoop when it is clear in Google earth? This is a new model just uploaded this month by Google. My older models show up clear in earth swoop, but my recently loaded model does not!!! Any thoughts?

It clearly looks like you have an Intel 945 and if this is the case then you should be using Intel drivers. The problem is that Windows 7 is still only at Release Candidate stage and driver issues are common. You can take a look at the link below and see if there is a newer driver available for your system. Proceed with caution though as installing wrong drivers can have serious consequences to your sytem stability.

It could be your drivers or video card. Do you have any problems rendering images? playing games? or watching large videos?

"A new model of motion blurred images and estimation of its parameter" by IEEE International Conference on ICASSP '86.

A new degradation model of motion blurred images by considering so-called "boundary effects" is presented in the paper. It is the existence of the boundary effects that make the methods based on old models invalid. The new model reveals that the real part and imaginary part of the degraded image spectra at some special frequency points keep their signs almost unchanged in the sense of statistics. Fortunately, this characteristic can be used to estimate the degraded parameter. Also, we can decrease the sensitivity of the method to noise by choosing the subimages properly.
